KM Collective was created to bring clarity to a noisy AI landscape.
We believe the most helpful role right now isn’t building more systems—it’s helping people understand what’s already possible, and how to engage with AI in grounded, realistic ways.
Our founder, Lani Koontz (“AI Auntie”), is a Certified AI Operator and AI Implementor and a business operator, strategist, and connector with over 15 years of leadership experience helping purpose-driven teams grow and thrive.
KM Collective’s work centers on AI Illumination: making sense of AI in human-centered, approachable ways so people can reclaim time, reduce overwhelm, and move forward with confidence. We focus less on hype or complexity and more on helping people understand where AI fits, where it doesn’t, and what’s worth paying attention to now.
